Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kemaan Studio Studio, a product of Kemaan Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of the Service
Kemaan Studio Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal or professional music creation activities.
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
- Resell or sublicense access to Kemaan Studio Studio without written consent.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kemaan.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all audio projects, samples, and files you create or upload to Kemaan Studio Studio. By using our cloud storage features, you grant Kemaan Labs a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
We do not claim ownership of your work.
Subscription & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your selected plan.
- All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Kemaan Studio Studio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kemaan Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kemaan Studio Studio.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kemaan Labs is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
