Members

The Members section is your central hub for managing everyone you collaborate with in Kemaan Studio.

Collaborator List

The main view provides a high-level overview of your network:

• Member Card: Displays the collaborator’s avatar and display name.
• Username & Email: Unique identifiers used for search and invitations.
• Skills: Badges indicating the collaborator’s areas of expertise (e.g., Mixing, Mastering, Vocals).

Managing Individual Members

Click on a member to see more details and access management tools:

Member Projects

View a list of all projects you share with this member. You can see their specific Role (Owner, Editor, Viewer) and the Status (Active, Pending) of their participation in each project.

Search & Discovery

Use the search bar at the top of the collaborations list to find members by name, username, or email address.

Access Control

Via the menu icon (three dots) on a member card, you can take administrative actions:

• Block Member: Prevents the user from inviting you to new projects or sending you messages.
• Remove Member: Removes the user from your collaborator list. This does not automatically remove them from projects you already share, which must be handled within the project’s own settings.
