Invites & Sharing

Kemaan Studio provides flexible tools to bring other creators into your projects securely.

The fastest way to collaborate is by generating a project link:

  1. Open the Share Project modal from your dashboard or within the Studio.
  2. Link Expiration: Set how long the link remains active (e.g., 1 Hour, 24 Hours, or Never).
  3. Copy Link: Anyone with this unique URL can join the project with the permissions you’ve defined.
Warning
Be careful who you share expiration-free links with, as they can be reused at any time.

Direct Invitations

For more control, you can invite collaborators directly:

  1. Select Collaborators: Start typing a name or email address. Kemaan Studio will suggest users from your Members list.
  2. Add a Message: (Optional) Provide context or instructions for your collaborator.
  3. Send: The user will receive an email and a dashboard notification with a link to join your project.

Managing Active Invites

Track the status of your sent invitations:

  • Pending: The user has been invited but hasn’t joined yet.
  • Active: The user has joined and has access to the project.
  • Revoked: You have manually cancelled the invitation before the user joined.
Important
You can revoke access for any collaborator at any time through the project’s management menu.
