Project History

Kemaan Studio automatically saves versions of your project as you work. The Project History action gives you peace of mind, allowing you to “travel back in time” if you make a mistake or want to retrieve an earlier idea.

Using Version History

Select Project History from the action menu.
A list of saved versions will appear, showing the date and time of the save.
You can choose to Preview a previous version or Restore it.

Restore vs. Fork from History

Restore: Overwrites your current project state with a previous version. Use this if you want to undo a series of changes.
Fork from History: Creates a new project from a previous version, leaving your current project untouched.

Note

Major milestones are automatically tagged, but you can also manually save versions within the Studio to create specific checkpoints.
