Pack Studio

The Studio action for Sound Packs allows you to interact with the pack’s contents directly within Kemaan Studio’s cloud DAW. Unlike Opening a Project, this action focuses on auditioning and utilizing the pack as a production tool.

Auditioning in the Studio

When you open a pack in the Studio:

Instant Preview: Click on any audio file in the pack’s track list to hear it at its native BPM and Key.
Waveform View: See the visual representation of loops and one-shots to better understand their dynamics.
BPM Sync: Preview loops automatically synced to your current session’s tempo.

Using Sounds in Production

To use a sound from the pack in your current project:

Locate the sound in the Pack Studio view.
Drag and drop the file directly onto an Audio Track or into the empty space in your Arragement View.
Kemaan Studio will handle the file import and track creation automatically.

Tip

Opening a pack in the Studio is the best way to determine if a sound fits your current mix before officially adding it to your project.
