To maintain the quality and integrity of our marketplace, every sound pack undergoes a professional review before it can be published.

The Submissions section in your dashboard provides real-time visibility into your pack’s progress:

Tracking Status

Kemaan Studio uses a clear visual timeline to show you exactly where your pack stands:

  1. Pack Submitted: The initial stage after you click “Create”. Your files and metadata are safely stored in our queue.
  2. Under Review: Our curation team is actively checking your pack for:
    • Audio Quality: Ensuring the files meet our clarity and consistency standards.
    • Metadata Accuracy: Verifying that tags and descriptions match the content.
    • Copyright Compliance: Making sure all contents are original or properly licensed.
  3. Published: Your pack is approved! It is now live in the Kemaan Studio sound library and accessible to creators.
Important
The review process typically takes 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your pack’s status changes.

What if my pack is rejected?

If a pack does not meet our standards, it will be sent back to you with specific feedback. You can then edit the pack and resubmit it for a new review.
